Commercial Property/Renewable Energy Solicitor [Cork] – 2 to 10 years PQE

We are working with a well-established Cork law firm that are looking to recruit a Commercial Property/Renewable Energy Solicitor, with a minimum of 2 years PQE

Work is Primarily in area of renewable energy which involves taking options over lands for solar farms, battery storage and sub-stations to include title reviews of those lands etc.

Role and responsibilities

• Acting for a number of large renewable energy developers in the area of solar and hydro energy leases and wayleaves
• Investigation of title for commercial lending transactions and/or land lease options
• Acting for commercial clients on commercial property transactions
• Acting for private clients on commercial property transactions
• Acting for commercial clients in drafting and negotiating commercial leases involving multi-tenanted buildings

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years PQE
• Experience in Renewable Energy
• Commercial property transactions
• Ability to meet deadlines and friendly and efficient communication with Clients
• Commercially aware
