This role sits at the intersection of project delivery, quality assurance, policy implementation and community safety. - Run policy-calibration sessions across multiple vendor teams and document clear enforcement decisions.
- Translate policy changes into practical reviewer instructions, operational protocols and guidance.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to identify policy gaps, workflow issues and emerging abuse trends.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder updates.
- Configure operational workflows and coordinate quality-assurance testing.
- Analyse operational data using dashboards and advanced Excel.
- Support new product launches by helping to build integrity and community-support operations.
- Contribute to AI-assisted review workflows, including prompt development and validation-set maintenance.
The profile we're looking for
You will bring 3-5 years of relevant project management and operations experience, ideally gained in a fast-paced technology, platform, trust and safety, content operations or scaled support environment.
The essential requirements are
- Strong project management and operational support experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with operational data.
- Hands-on escalation-management experience.
- Excellent written communication, particularly the ability to convert ambiguous policy into precise reviewer guidance.
- Experience configuring workflows and running QA testing.
- Strong cross-functional and external stakeholder or vendor management.
- Excellent time management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to stay structured and effective in a high-pressure environment.
- A bachelor's degree.
Experience in any of the following would be particularly valuable
- Content moderation, community integrity or trust and safety operations.
- Analysing operational metrics or quality performance.
- SQL and dashboard-based analysis.
- Using AI tools in an operational environment.
- Writing or refining LLM prompts and evaluating model-output quality.
- Building golden or validation sets for automated review systems.
This is an opportunity to influence how safety and support operations are built for emerging technology products, while working on complex problems with meaningful impact for users.
