Concrete Lead Foreman.

Our client is seeking an experienced Concrete Lead Foreman to lead concrete crews on construction projects. Hours: This is a full-time role (minimum 39 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise concrete crewsCoordinate daily activities and concrete poursLiaise with site management, engineers and subcontractorsEnsure work is delivered in line with drawings, specifications, programme and health and safety standardsRequirementsProven experience as a Concrete Foreman, Lead Foreman, Chargehand or similar senior concrete roleStrong practical knowledge of concrete construction and associated worksExperience leading concrete crews on active construction sitesAbility to read construction drawings and specificationsStrong understanding of formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement, finishing and curingAbility to manage multiple activities simultaneouslyGood knowledge of construction health and safetyStrong leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsStrong organisational skills with good attention to detailSafe Pass and Manual Handling certificationDesirableRelevant construction qualifications or trade experienceAdditional safety or supervisory qualifications
