#The opportunity

• Provide a professional, friendly and helpful service to customers and clients.
• Manage a variety of customer queries via phone and email, including sales, orders and general account queries.
• Use the CRM system to log, update and resolve customer support tickets.
• Process order amendments, cancellations and other customer requests.
• Support the wider team with order processing, client onboarding, invoicing and dispatch.
• Work efficiently to meet service levels and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with general administration and other office duties as required.

#The person

• Will have previous Customer Service and/or Administration experience.
• Comfortable communicating with customers via both phone and email.
• A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions and resolving queries.
• Resilient and capable of working effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office and general technical skills, previous experience using a CRM system would be advantageous.
• Available Monday–Friday, with some weekend work and extended hours required during the peak period.
