Key Responsibilities

• Partner with client companies to identify and deliver top IT talent.
• Proactively source candidates, build relationships, and manage expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and KPIs.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, account management, or customer specialist role.
• Strong ambition, resilience, and a drive to succeed in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• High-level communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa (must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland without sponsorship).
