Data Center Technical Operations Engineer.

We’re Hiring – Data Center Technical Operations Engineer Location: Dublin West Contract: 6 Months We are looking for a reliable and motivated Hardware Support professional to join our data centre operations team. This is a hands-on, non-technical role focused on hardware handling, rack decommissioning, inventory management, and operational support. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out rack decommissioning and hardware/component removal in accordance with established procedures.
• Receive, process, track, decommission and prepare hardware for liquidation or disposal.
• Accurately document all completed work , ensuring issues are recorded and escalated appropriately.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Work under the guidance of managers and experienced team members, ensuring work is completed to the required quality standards.
• Identify and escalate any work that deviates from established processes.
• Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on procedures and operational processes.
• Work effectively as part of a team and complete clear and accurate shift handovers .
• Maintain a professional approach when working with customers, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders.

• Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, hardware handling or data centre experience is beneficial but not essential .
• Comfortable with physically demanding, hands-on work , including lifting and moving equipment.
