We are seeking a Design Manager to join a leading Irish main contractor on major building projects in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design process from pre-construction through delivery
• Coordinate architects, engineers and specialist designers
• Manage the design programme, RFIs and technical queries
• Review designs for buildability, compliance and cost
• Work closely with the commercial and delivery teams

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
• Design management experience with a main contractor
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and BCAR
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
