About this role

Digital Marketing Executive

The Opportunity

Baker Finn Recruitment is supporting an established Irish manufacturing group in the recruitment of a Digital Marketing Executive. The organisation develops and manufactures high-quality nutraceutical and animal nutrition products and exports to more than 60 countries worldwide.

This is a varied, hands-on digital marketing position supporting two distinct brands within the wider group. The successful candidate will take ownership of digital content, social media channels and online campaigns, working closely with Marketing, Commercial and Regulatory teams while tailoring activity for both B2B and B2C audiences.

The role offers broader ownership than a traditional social media position and will suit a creative, analytical and commercially minded marketer who is comfortable producing content, analysing performance and capturing original material on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and schedule engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube for two distinct brands.
  • Work with internal marketing teams to develop high-quality copy, graphic assets and short-form video content tailored to both consumer and B2B audiences.
  • Capture original photography and video content at farms, stables, feed mills, trials and customer premises, converting this material into authentic digital content.
  • Maintain and optimise website content through CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify, including SEO-focused blogs and organic search improvements.
  • Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns and newsletters while building and maintaining segmented customer, distributor and prospect databases.
  • Plan and execute paid digital campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms to support brand awareness and lead generation in international markets.
  • Adapt digital strategies to strengthen local brand awareness across key export markets.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, website traffic, engagement and social media ROI using Google Analytics and native platform tools.
  • Manage online communities, respond to enquiries and support engagement around health, wellness, nutrition and related product areas.
  • Work with Regulatory colleagues to ensure digital content and campaigns remain compliant with applicable claims and labelling requirements.

Candidate Requirements

  • 2-4 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, with responsibility for multi-platform social channels and content campaigns.
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or a related discipline.
  • Strong copywriting skills with practical visual design capability using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social platforms.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Analytics, social scheduling tools and digital advertising platforms including Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
  • Experience or a strong interest in health, wellness, nutraceuticals, food science, pharmaceuticals or another related sector would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively within regulated marketing requirements and collaborate with Regulatory teams on product claims and labelling constraints.
  • Curious, organised and commercially aware, with the confidence to meet customers, capture content on-site and quickly understand technical subject matter.
  • Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel for customer visits, content capture and trade events, including occasional international travel.

What’s on Offer

  • A permanent, full-time opportunity based on-site in Cork.
  • End-to-end ownership of digital activity across two established brands with international reach.
  • Exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing across products exported to more than 60 countries.
  • A varied role spanning social media, content creation, SEO, email marketing, paid campaigns, analytics and field-based content capture.
  • Approved travel expenses for relevant customer visits, content activity and trade events.
