What You’ll Bring

• Qualifications: Active NMBI registration and a recognized managerial qualification (minimum Level 6).

• Post registration management qualification in health or a related field.

• Experience: At least 3 years post-registration in older persons’ care or nursing home settings, with a solid understanding of HIQA Standards and Health Act Regulations 2013.

• Skills: Strong communication abilities, compassion, and a collaborative spirit. Familiarity with IT systems and knowledge of home support applications (NHSS/Fair Deal) is essential.
