Dual Site Manager – Clare & Galway

Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Dual Site Manager to take responsibility for two busy retail operations across Ennis and Athenry.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Store Manager, Retail Manager or Forecourt Manager looking to step into a broader multi-site position with responsibility for two locations.

Salary: €45,000 + Bonus + Mileage

The Role

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day performance of both stores
• Split the working week across the two locations on a 3/2 day basis
• Lead, support and develop the management teams and store staff
• Drive sales, standards and operational performance across both sites
• Oversee staffing levels, rosters and team performance
• Monitor stock, ordering, availability and waste
• Ensure excellent merchandising and promotional standards
• Maintain strong customer service across both locations
• Ensure company procedures, food safety and health & safety standards are maintained
• Review store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and efficiencies
• Provide hands-on support to both stores when required

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous Store Manager or Retail Manager experience
• Grocery, convenience or forecourt experience would be highly advantageous
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Commercially aware with experience driving store performance
• Confident managing stock, staffing, costs and operational standards
• Highly organised and comfortable dividing time across two locations
• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel between Ennis and Athenry
• Ambitious and looking to develop within a multi-site retail environment
