Hall Recruitment is seeking an experienced EHS Operations Manager to lead Environmental, Health and Safety activities within a large, technically complex facilities management operation supporting the life sciences sector. Based in Dublin 15, you will take responsibility for maintaining and improving EHS standards across a highly regulated working environment. The role involves leading an established EHS team, supporting operational management, overseeing contractor safety and ensuring that activities comply with Irish health and safety legislation and relevant environmental requirements. This position requires more than technical knowledge of safety legislation and procedures. You will need to understand how operational teams work, recognise where risks arise and provide practical guidance that helps prevent incidents while maintaining safe and efficient operations. Working with senior management, engineering, quality and operational teams, you will contribute to EHS strategy, incident prevention, audit readiness and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be someone who can combine strong technical EHS knowledge with visible leadership, sound judgement and the confidence to influence decisions at operational and senior management level.
