Electrical Project Manager.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing Substation Electrical team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical professional to manage projects from construction through to successful handover, while building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout the construction and handover phases, ensuring delivery to programme, budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate design teams, contractors, procurement, and on-site activities.
• Manage project programmes, costs, budgets, and tender submissions.
• Liaise effectively with clients, renewable developers, Local Authorities, ESB Networks, landowners, and other stakeholders.
• Review design drawings, manage RFIs and resolve project issues.
• Lead and promote Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 procedures.
• Work closely with internal Design, Commercial, Quality and HSQE teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ project management experience, preferably within ESB or large-scale utility projects.
• Electrical background is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent IT skills, including MS Project, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Proven experience managing client relationships from pre-construction through completion.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
