Facilities Executive.

Fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and personable Facilities Executive to move into a standalone role with lots of autonomy. If you have been in your role 3+ years and feel there is a lack of room to progress or maybe you would like to take on responsibility this could be the role for you!

• High- profile sports organisation
• Dublin 14 location
• Initial two year FTC

This is a hugely varied role where you will be responsible for ongoing management of a muti-functional headquarters and relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, vendors and suppliers. Your duties will include:

• Facilities Operations – daily maintenance and monitoring of building systems, health & safety, managing contractors and their performance.
• Car parking coordination
• PPM and emergency maintenance requirements
• Fleet management in collaboration with established suppliers.
• IT equipment coordination including laptops and mobiles.
• Office space management
• Health & Safety Compliance including fire safety processes.
