HireForce is working with a leading global investment services business in the Cayman Islands to appoint a Financial Accountant to its Private Equity & Alternative Investments team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an Irish or UK trained Big Four accountant with funds audit experience who is considering an international move. The Role

Working within the Private Equity & Alternative Investments team, you'll take responsibility for the accounting and financial reporting of a portfolio of sophisticated investment structures.

Your responsibilities will include

• Preparing and reviewing financial reporting for Private Equity and alternative investment structures
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Supporting NAV and investment accounting processes
• Reviewing investment transactions, capital activity, fees and expenses
• Performing balance sheet reconciliations and detailed financial analysis
• Working closely with investment managers, investors and external service providers
• Supporting investor reporting and capital account requirements
• Coordinating the year-end audit process
• Reviewing financial information and investigating variances or discrepancies
• Ensuring reporting is delivered accurately and within agreed deadlines
• Contributing to systems, automation and process improvement initiatives
• Building strong relationships with international clients and internal stakeholders

About You

• Trained within a Big Four accountancy firm
• Exam qualified
• Audit experience within Investment Funds / Asset Management
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience
