Financial Services Internal Audit Manager / Senior Manager.

HireForce is working with a growing advisory firm to recruit a Manager & a Senior Manager for its Financial Services Internal Audit team. You’ll lead assignments for banks, insurers, payment firms and asset managers, working closely with clients on governance, risk and controls.

As the practice continues to grow, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility and progress internally. For someone keen to build a long-term career, this role offers a potential pathway towards Director and, in time, Partnership.

The Role

• Lead risk-based internal audits across governance, compliance and operational areas
• Plan and scope assignments, oversee fieldwork and assess the effectiveness of controls
• Present clear findings and practical recommendations to clients
• Manage client relationships and mentor junior team members
• Stay current with Central Bank of Ireland expectations and emerging sector risks

About You

• ACA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent qualification
• Strong internal audit or risk assurance experience within financial services
• Sound knowledge of governance, risk and control frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and report-writing skills
• Experience leading assignments and developing junior colleagues
• SOX experience is an advantage
