We are seeking a Fit-out Foreman to join a leading Irish main contractor on a new commercial fit-out project in Cork City starting in November 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise internal finishing works and trades
• Coordinate finishing subcontractors and manage daily site activities
• Drive quality standards and manage snagging through to handover
• Ensure works are completed safely, to specification and on programme
• Maintain site records and report progress to the Site Manager

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman / Supervisor with a main contractor
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades and sequencing
• Valid Safe Pass, CSCS and relevant site tickets
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Full driving licence
