Support fresh-food teams across a group of grocery stores in Cork, helping managers improve standards, sales and day-to-day performance. Location: Cork Employment type: Full-time, permanent What you will be doing Work closely with store and fresh-food managers across the group Improve sales, margin, labour, waste, availability and presentation Keep deli, hot-food, bakery and grab-and-go standards consistent Coach managers and teams, sharing practical ways to improve performance Maintain strong food-safety, hygiene and operational standards What we are looking for Strong fresh-food management experience in Irish grocery or convenience retail Experience supporting more than one department, store or management team A good understanding of fresh-food sales, margin, waste and food safety A practical coaching style and willingness to travel between stores in Cork Salary and benefits €70,000–€75,000 a year €70,000–€75,000 basic salary €5,000 performance bonus A senior role with real influence across the group
