Fresh Food Area Manager.

Support fresh-food teams across a group of grocery stores in Cork, helping managers improve standards, sales and day-to-day performance.

What you will be doing

• Work closely with store and fresh-food managers across the group
• Improve sales, margin, labour, waste, availability and presentation
• Keep deli, hot-food, bakery and grab-and-go standards consistent
• Coach managers and teams, sharing practical ways to improve performance
• Maintain strong food-safety, hygiene and operational standards

What we are looking for

• Strong fresh-food management experience in Irish grocery or convenience retail
• Experience supporting more than one department, store or management team
• A good understanding of fresh-food sales, margin, waste and food safety
• A practical coaching style and willingness to travel between stores in Cork

Salary and benefits

€70,000–€75,000 a year

• €70,000–€75,000 basic salary
• €5,000 performance bonus
