German-Speaking Accounts Payable Assistant

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a German-speaking Accounts Payable Assistant to join an established finance team in Dublin, offering hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices and credit notes.
• Verifying and coding invoices, ensuring accuracy and appropriate approvals.
• Managing supplier accounts, resolving queries and reconciling statements.
• Processing bank postings, direct debits and purchase order amendments.
• Managing the accounts payable mailbox and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Processing invoices relating to accommodation, utilities and project-related expenses.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance support role.
• Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
