About this role
Graduate Clinical Specialist
Start your career in medical technology and make a real difference in patient care.
Are you a recent graduate with a background in Biomedical Science, Medical Science, Biology or Chemistry? Are you curious about how medical technology is used in clinical settings and eager to build a career at the intersection of science, healthcare and innovation?
I’m looking for a Graduate Clinical Specialist to join a leading medical technology organisation, supporting healthcare professionals and helping bring innovative medical solutions into hospital environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a science graduate who enjoys working with people, solving problems and learning in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the delivery of clinical training and education to healthcare professionals in hospital settings.
- Work closely with clinical teams to help them understand and use medical technologies effectively.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to support activities across local hospitals.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.
- Develop your clinical and product knowledge through structured training and ongoing support.
- Travel regularly across Dublin and surrounding areas, with occasional travel to the UK for training and team activities.
What we’re looking for
- A degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Science, Biology, Chemistry or a related scientific discipline, with a minimum 2:1.
- A genuine interest in healthcare, medical technology and clinical applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with different people.
- A curious, proactive mindset and a natural approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments and work both independently and as part of a team.
- A full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
Previous experience in cardiology or cardiac medical devices would be an advantage, but is not essential. Full training will be provided, so personality, attitude and a willingness to learn are key.
Interested?
If you’re a recent science graduate looking for a role where you can put your degree into practice, develop your clinical knowledge and work closely with healthcare professionals, I’d love to hear from you.
