We are recruiting enthusiastic, compassionate, and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support individuals and services in County G including intellectual, physical, and mental health needs.

This is a flexible, ad-hoc opportunity, ideal for those seeking 2–3 shifts per week, including both day and night shifts.

Essential Requirements

• FETAC Level 5 (or equivalent) – minimum 3 core modules required:
• Minimum 2 months’ experience in an Irish healthcare setting
• Experience supporting individuals with physical, intellectual, or mental health needs
• Up-to-date vaccinations or willingness to get them
• HSE mandatory training up-to-date or willingness to complete
• Practical courses relevant to care up-to-date or willingness to complete
• Strong understanding of HIQA standards
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
• Ability to travel within County Mayo (full driver’s licence desirable)
