About the Role

You will be part of a caring team providing high-quality support to residents in a friendly and inclusive environment.

Your duties will include

• Assisting residents with daily personal care, meals, and mobility
• Supporting nursing staff and monitoring residents’ wellbeing
• Encouraging social and recreational activities
• Creating a safe and comfortable environment for all residents

Requirements

• Minimum 6 weeks of recent Irish healthcare experience
• FETAC Level 5 qualification (at least 3 modules completed)
• Experience working with Intellectual Disabilities preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and self-motivated attitude
