Position: Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Agency Role Location: County Westmeath and surrounding areas Salary: Competitive hourly pay, paid weekly Contract: Flexible agency shifts (days, nights, weekends)

Key Duties

• Provide compassionate personal care and daily living support
• Assist service users with hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and medication support as per training
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment
• Follow individual care and support plans
• Promote dignity, choice, independence, and inclusion
• Observe and report any changes in a service user’s condition or behaviour
• Work effectively as part of a wider care team

Essential Requirements

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare (Minimum of 3 Core Modules)
• Minimum 6 months recent experience in the Republic of Ireland
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is highly desirable
• Full eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland
