Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Intellectual Disability Services | Dublin Salary: €32,000 – €38,000 (DOE) Hours: 12-hour shifts | 35 hours per week Locations: Services across Dublin Contract: Fixed-term with potential to become permanent Consistency, Structure and Opportunity

You’ll support individuals with intellectual disabilities, helping them live with independence, dignity and routine.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily living, personal care and routines
• Encourage independence and participation
• Assist with community engagement and activities
• Follow care plans and behavioural supports
• Work within a structured, supportive team

What You’ll Need

• QQI Level 5 (or equivalent)
• Experience in disability or care settings
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Manual Handling & First Aid (in date or willing to update)
