Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities
• Supporting independence and enhancing quality of life
• Assisting with mobility and general comfort
• Monitoring and reporting on patient condition and progress
• Following individual care plans and ensuring best practice standards

What We’re Looking For

• A caring, reliable, and empathetic nature
• QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare Support (or working towards it)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage, but not essential
