What does the day-to-day involve?

• Engaging with current and past clients to understand their needs
• Sourcing candidates through referrals and advertising
• Guiding candidates through our registration process to make sure they are fully compliant
• Sharing the availability of our registered healthcare professionals with clients
• Booking and confirming healthcare professionals into shifts
• Partnering with our Business Development team to grow client engagements

Salary + Commission (Total Compensation)

• Year 1: €45K+
• Year 2: €75K+

Recruitment experience in any sector? Healthcare experience is not required, and we provide full sector training and mentoring.
