About the Role

As a Homecare Assistant with Clannad Care, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care within clients’ homes, supporting them to remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Your duties will include

• Personal care and support with daily living activities
• Companionship and social engagement
• Meal preparation and light household duties
• Medication prompts and mobility assistance

You will play a vital role in helping clients feel supported, valued, and respected in their own homes.

What We’re Looking For

• QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support (Care Skills & Care of the Older Person – completed or working towards)
• Full driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
• A warm, respectful manner and a genuine passion for caring for others
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
