• Prepare and cook meals within a busy hospital kitchen
• Maintain high food hygiene and HACCP standards
• Support large-scale food preparation and service
• Work closely with kitchen and catering teams
• Follow healthcare catering procedures and safety standards
• Help maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

What You’ll Need

• QQI Level 6 or City and Guilds 706-1 or City and Guilds 706-2
• Previous Chef experience within high-volume or contract catering environments
• HACCP and food safety knowledge
• Ability to work within fast-paced kitchens
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good organisational and time management abilities
• Flexibility for temporary shifts and rota requirements

• Garda Vetting where applicable
• International Police Clearance where applicable
