• Manage IT Risk Assurance: Oversee a portfolio of IT risk assurance engagements, including IT audits as part of financial statement audits and standalone advisory assignments.
• Conduct Assessments: Evaluate IT general controls (ITGCs), automated controls, and system-generated reports across ERP environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Support Financial Audits: Collaborate with financial audit teams to identify IT dependencies and leverage technology controls.
• Lead and Mentor: Supervise and coach junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and support their professional development.
• Prepare Documentation: Create and review audit workpapers, risk assessments, and client reports.
• Manage Projects: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and client relationships to ensure successful outcomes.
• Contribute to Growth: Participate in internal methodology development and practice growth initiatives, including financial reporting and business development.
• Talent Development: Mentor junior staff and assist in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent for the firm.

Candidate Profile

• Qualifications: Ideally, you are a qualified accountant with CISA certification and experience in IT audit, technology risk, or ERP assurance within a professional services firm or internal audit function.
