IT Operations & Systems Co-Ordinator

Are you an experienced IT professional who enjoys a hands-on role spanning infrastructure, desktop support and business systems?

My client, a trusted provider of medical equipment, are looking for an IT Operations & Systems Co-Ordinator to join their team in South Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of day-to-day IT operations, and supporting the technology that keeps a business running smoothly.

This role will work closely with the Head of IT, and you will be the first point of contact for IT support across the business, helping maintain systems, manage equipment, support ERP and ensure colleagues across multiple locations have the technology they need to do their jobs effectively.

• €40,000 per annum

Role Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support
• Troubleshooting desktop, hardware and software connectivity
• Manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring support requests are logged and resolved in a timely manner
• Support IT infrastructure, such as Microsoft 365, Windows devices, and user accounts
• Maintain IT equipment and asset records, coordinating hardware purchases and software licences

Role Requirements

• 4+ years experience in IT support, desktop support, or similar
• Strong practical experience troubleshooting hardware, software, desktop and general end-user IT issues
• Exposure to ERP systems and business applications, with the ability to support users and troubleshoot application related issues
• Comfortable working in a hands-on role that combines daily IT support with systems administration
