My client, a leading Irish organisation operating critical national infrastructure, is looking for an experienced ICT Analyst to join the team at their Dublin city centre HQ. This is a broad, hands-on role covering everything from supporting users day to day to administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure and on-premises infrastructure. What you’ll be doing

• Providing technical support to users onsite and remotely, owning incidents and requests through to resolution
• Administering and supporting Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Managing identity and access in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, including MFA, SSO, Conditional Access and joiner/mover/leaver processes
• Building, deploying and managing Windows endpoints and mobile devices through Intune and KACE
• Supporting Windows Server, networking, Azure and backup services, and contributing to business continuity and DR testing
• Triaging security alerts and applying security controls, patching and secure configuration standards
• Automating routine admin with PowerShell, and contributing to documentation, ICT projects and service improvements

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years’ ICT experience in an enterprise, regulated, government or similarly complex environment
• Solid Level 1 and Level 2 support experience in a service desk or enterprise ICT setting
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory
• Strong Windows 11 endpoint skills, ideally with Intune or a comparable management platform
• Good working knowledge of Windows Server, networking fundamentals and security best practice
• Clear communication skills, and patience explaining technical issues to non-technical colleagues
• An ICT-related diploma or degree, or equivalent professional experience

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications (M365, Identity, Azure, Endpoint or Security)
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, PIM, Purview, VMware, Veeam, Cisco or Check Point
• Experience in a 24/7, safety-critical or regulated environment
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2 or GDPR

• Salary:based for experience
• Pension:contribute up to 6% and the company contributes double (up to 12%)
