The Role

As a Junior Internal Recruitment Consultant, you will

• Collaborate with key organisational players to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Source, screen, and select top-tier candidates for internal roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Work closely with the internal recruitment team to develop and refine hiring strategies.
• Gain exposure to high-level decision-making and play an integral role in shaping our team’s growth.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who

• Has a passion for building relationships.
• Thrives in a team-oriented environment and has excellent interpersonal skills.
• Is highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Possesses strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelors degree
• Ideally 9 – 12 months of professional experience (post-graduation)

Previous experience in recruitment is not required. We’re looking for attitude, ambition, and the drive to succeed.
