Legal Bookkeeper Annual Salary: To be discussed Location: Dublin 12 Job Type: Office-based, Full-time/Part-time (Flexible working hours available) Join a well-established law firm known for providing high-quality legal services as a Legal Bookkeeper. This role is integral to maintaining the firm's financial integrity and compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Regulations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our friendly and supportive team. Day-to-day of the role: Maintain the firm’s client and office accounts in strict accordance with the Solicitors Accounts Regulations. Manage office account payments, handle supplier accounts, prepare VAT returns, and oversee payroll. Take responsibility for client billing and maintaining up-to-date client accounts. Generate monthly financial reports and management accounts as required by the partners. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven legal bookkeeping experience, particularly within a law firm environment. A working knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Regulations. Experience with Keyhouse/SAM or similar legal accounting software. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with solicitors and fee earners. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
