What you’ll do Welcome and assist Mandarin-speaking visitors, creating a warm and memorable experience from arrival to departure. Act as a key point of contact, providing information, guidance and personalised assistance. Build strong relationships with international and high-value customers. Support customers with product enquiries and connect them with the appropriate sales teams. Respond to questions and requests quickly, professionally and with a genuine can-do attitude. Handle customer feedback with care, ensuring any issues are resolved smoothly. Help maintain a premium, welcoming and impeccably presented environment. Work closely with the wider team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. What we’re looking for Fluent Mandarin and English – essential. Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, concierge, aviation or another premium customer-facing environment is highly desirable. Naturally warm, confident and approachable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, polished and comfortable engaging with an international clientele. Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. Calm and composed in a busy, fast-paced environment.
