What you’ll do

• Welcome and assist Mandarin-speaking visitors , creating a warm and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
• Act as a key point of contact, providing information, guidance and personalised assistance.
• Build strong relationships with international and high-value customers.
• Support customers with product enquiries and connect them with the appropriate sales teams.
• Respond to questions and requests quickly, professionally and with a genuine can-do attitude.
• Handle customer feedback with care, ensuring any issues are resolved smoothly.
• Help maintain a premium, welcoming and impeccably presented environment.
• Work closely with the wider team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

What we’re looking for

• Fluent Mandarin and English – essential.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, concierge, aviation or another premium customer-facing environment is highly desirable.
• Naturally warm, confident and approachable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, polished and comfortable engaging with an international clientele.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Calm and composed in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
