A substantial block of medical registrar locum cover is available across the Royal Victoria and Mater Infirmorum sites in Belfast, running from this week through to the end of January. Shifts can be picked up individually or in runs.

• 19 shifts in total between 7th October 2026 and 29th January 2027
• Mostly nights, 20:30 – 08:30, with evening cover 14:00 – 00:00 and 17:00 – 21:00/21:30
• Some long day cover at weekends, 08:00 – 21:00
• Cover required across both weekdays and weekends, including shifts over the Christmas and New Year period
• Doctor must be at ST3+ or IMT3+ level in general internal medicine
• Medical registrar on-call duties covering wards, admissions and referrals
