Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical and electrical services with design teams, subcontractors and the wider project team.
• Review specifications, MEP service drawings, and architectural and structural details to ensure effective coordination.
• Monitor subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards and programme deadlines.
• Coordinate the timely submission of O&M manuals, BC(A)R documentation and other project deliverables.
• Identify and resolve design and coordination issues to support efficient project delivery.

What we’re looking for

• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant industry experience.
• Previous experience as an MEP Coordinator, Technical Coordinator, Building Services Coordinator or M&E Project Manager.
• Ability to work collaboratively while taking initiative and managing priorities independently.
