Job Title: .NET Technical Lead Location: Dublin ( Hybrid work model) Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Up to €95,000 base + benefits About the Role Gempool is partnering with a leading professional services organisation to hire an experienced .NET Technical Lead. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys shaping technical direction, championing engineering best practices, and mentoring development teams in an Agile environment. What You'll Do Provide technical direction and hands-on guidance across backend (.NET) and frontend (Angular or React) development Support, guide, and mentor a development team working in an Agile environment Contribute to solution design, code quality, and architectural decision-making Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and senior stakeholders to shape technical direction and deliverables Drive best practices across code reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, and clean architecture Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and support the team in resolving them Foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation What We're Looking For 7+ years of hands-on .NET development experience 5+ years of experience with Angular or React Experience leading or mentoring development teams Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices and Agile methodologies Solid knowledge of software design and SOLID principles Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) Proficiency in C#, .NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, and Angular or React Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and senior business stakeholders Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable solutions
