About the Role
Our client, a legal practice based in Dublin City Centre, is seeking a newly qualified Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop in residential conveyancing while benefiting from predictable working hours and a supportive environment. You will gain hands-on experience managing residential property transactions in a structured and collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of residential property transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and conveyancing documentation. Liaise with clients, lenders, and other legal professionals. Provide clear and professional advice to clients on residential property matters. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional obligations. Contribute positively to a collaborative and professional team.
Candidate Requirements
Newly qualified Solicitor. Residential conveyancing experience. Solid understanding of Irish property law and conveyancing procedures. Excellent communication, organisational, and client management skills. Ability to work independently on routine matters and collaborate on more complex transactions. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
