Office Administrator.

We are presently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a busy car dealership in Tralee, County Kerry. You will act as a focal part of the business and assist the sales and service departments accordingly. You will manage multiple administrative tasks while providing a high standard of customer service. This is a permanent, full-time position Key Duties & Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office administration and general dealership paperwork. Answer incoming calls, respond to emails and deal with customer enquiries professionally. Maintain accurate customer, vehicle and sales records. Process invoices, purchase orders, receipts and other relevant documentation. Assist with vehicle registration, ownership transfers and associated administration. Coordinate appointments, vehicle collections and customer communications. Support the sales and management teams with administrative tasks. Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. Liaise with customers, suppliers, finance providers and other third parties as required. Assist with general accounts administration and reconciliation. Ensure the reception and office areas are organised and presentable. Experience & Skills Previous administration or office experience, ideally within a dealership or automotive environment. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems. Full driving licence is desirable.
