Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract – Maternity Cover

We are seeking an experienced People Excellence Partner to join a People & Culture team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract until February 2028. This role offers the opportunity to partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to deliver effective people strategies, support organisational change, and ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience.

Working closely with People Business Partners, specialist HR teams, and People Services, you will help implement core HR processes, provide expert guidance on complex people matters, and support business priorities in a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the global People Strategy, maintaining high standards of HR excellence and employee experience.
• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to deliver people priorities and support organisational change.
• Contribute to talent acquisition, employee development, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee performance management activities, including goal setting, regular reviews, and annual assessments.
• Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, performance issues, and compliance with Irish employment legislation.
• Support organisational design, structural changes, and workforce optimisation.
• Promote leadership development, succession planning, and a positive performance culture.
• Ensure local HR policies and practices remain aligned with employment legislation and global standards.
• Coordinate global mobility activities and key employee lifecycle processes.
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide advice and guidance on complex HR and People & Culture matters.
• Collaborate across HR functions to improve processes and deliver effective people solutions.

Skills and Experience Required

• A degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline.
• Significant HR experience, including engagement with senior stakeholders and business leaders in a multinational organisation.
• Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases, performance management matters, and organisational change.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Effective project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Ability to work confidently with individuals at all organisational levels.
• Sound independent judgement, excellent attention to detail, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.

Contract Details

• Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover until February 2028.
• Working Arrangement: Hybrid working, with three days on-site and two days working remotely per week.
