PERSONAL LINES EXECUTIVE – DROGHEDA

€35,000 – €45,000 + up to €1,500 quarterly bonus

Are you an experienced Personal Lines professional looking for a role where you can build strong client relationships, develop your career and be genuinely rewarded for your performance?

We are looking for a Personal Lines Executive to join a growing insurance team in Drogheda.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-3 years’ Personal Lines experience who enjoys working with clients, finding the right insurance solutions and taking ownership of their work.

The Role

You will manage a portfolio of Personal Lines clients, providing a high level of service while also identifying opportunities to grow and develop existing business.

Your responsibilities will include

• Managing existing clients, new business and mid-term adjustments
• Handling policy renewals from initial review through to completion
• Re-marketing policies and negotiating competitive renewal terms
• Reviewing policy wording, endorsements and cover requirements
• Providing clients with clear and professional advice on their insurance options
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and insurance providers
• Managing cases from start to finish in a proactive and efficient manner
• Ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar Personal Lines insurance role
• CIP qualified or currently working towards CIP
• Strong knowledge of Personal Lines products and processes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• A professional, positive and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Good IT skills
• Experience using insurance broking systems would be an advantage
