The Role

As a Placement Coordinator, you will play a key role in matching healthcare professionals with client requirements across Ireland. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position requiring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone calls.

• Coordinate healthcare worker availability with client staffing requirements.

• Respond promptly to client and candidate enquiries via phone and email.

• Maintain accurate scheduling and placement records.

• Generate and distribute operational reports.

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

• Collaborate with colleagues across a nationwide team.

• Support achievement of operational targets.

Working Hours

• 5 days per week across 7 days (Monday to Sunday).

• Shifts between 7:00am and 9:30pm.

• Flexibility to work Bank Holidays as required.

• Rotational shift pattern in line with business needs.
