Practice Tax Manager.

Our client, a boutique accountancy practice based in South Dublin, are seeking a Practice Tax Manager to join their team in representing an international association.

The Practice Tax Manager, reporting directly to the Managing Partner, will lead the delivery of tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client base, ensuring adherence to Irish legislation and professional standards. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Practice Tax Manager will play a key role in supporting growth, strengthening client relationships, and driving practice development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance across corporation tax, income tax, VAT, and payroll.
• Provide tailored tax planning and advisory services to SMEs, individuals, and international clients with Irish interests.
• Manage client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for tax queries.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality outputs and fostering professional development.

Requirements

• ACCA/ACA qualified with CTA tax qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in tax practice, ideally within a small/medium firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax legislation and Revenue systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines, with leadership experience.
