Process Technician.

Permanent | €52,000+ incl. shift premium + Bonus

Do you have a background in manufacturing, maintenance, automation, engineering, or production and enjoy troubleshooting equipment and solving technical issues?

We’re looking for a Process Technician to support and optimise automated manufacturing equipment in a leading global manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults
• Perform equipment set-ups, adjustments, and changeovers
• Support preventative and corrective maintenance
• Monitor equipment performance and drive improvements
• Work closely with Engineering and Production teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Level 6 qualification in Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related discipline
• Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work a rotating shift pattern (7 shifts over 14 days)

Experience with automated equipment, robotics, PLCs, pneumatics, or high-speed manufacturing machinery is advantageous. Pharmaceutical or medical device experience is welcome but not essential.
