Production Operatives Food.

We are currently recruiting Production Bakery Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced bakery production team. This is a great opportunity for reliable, hardworking candidates who enjoy working as part of a team in a food production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, weighing, mixing, and baking products.
• Support pastry, cake, and seasonal production.
• Follow approved recipes, product specifications, and production schedules.
• Pack and label products accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety procedures.
• Work efficiently with the team to meet daily production targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• A reliable, organised approach and strong teamwork skills.

Working Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. & 05.00am-14.00pm with flexibility required during busy

Seasonal periods, particularly Christmas.
