Project Manager.

Title: Project Manager – Digital Transformation – DAY RATE CONTRACT

Type: 12 month day rate contract

Location: South Dublin (onsite 3 days a week)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a range of digitisation and technology-enabled business transformation initiatives across the organisation. This is a key role focused on taking traditionally manual, paper-based or inefficient processes and helping to transform them through digital solutions, automation, data and improved ways of working. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners to define requirements, manage delivery and ensure projects achieve their intended business outcomes.

THE FOCUS ON THIS ROLE IS AROUND PLANNING, EXCUTING, AND DELIVERING TECH DRIVEN CHANGE AND PROCESS MODERNISATION

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digitisation and technology transformation projects, from initial scoping through to implementation and post-project review.

• Identify opportunities to digitise, automate and streamline existing business processes.

• Work with business teams to understand current processes, pain points and future requirements.

• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones and resource requirements.

• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate internal technology teams, business stakeholders and third-party vendors.

• Translate business requirements into clear project deliverables and technical outcomes.

• Support the evaluation and implementation of digital platforms, workflow solutions, automation tools and other technologies.

• Ensure appropriate testing, user acceptance, training and change management activities are incorporated into project plans.

• Provide regular project reporting to senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, decisions and key dependencies.

• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure projects are delivered with strong adoption and measurable business benefits.

• Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed governance, methodologies, budgets and timelines.

• Continuously identify opportunities for further process improvement, automation and digitalisation.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing technology, digital transformation or digitisation projects.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, with experience across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.

• Experience delivering projects involving process automation, workflow digitisation, systems implementation or technology transformation.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience managing third-party suppliers and technology partners.

• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, budgets and dependencies.

• Excellent organisational and planning skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
