Projects: Residential/Commercial project

In this role, you’ll join a main contractor that is renowned for delivering high-specification construction projects of up to €100m in value.

You will be a key part of an excellent commercial team and enjoy flexibility and autonomy in your role. Role responsibilities include

• Measure, price, negotiate, and agree on budgets and costs for scope variations.
• Manage commercial and contractual relationships with customers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Assess subcontractor payment entitlements and process payments accurately.
• Monitor and reconcile project costs and forecasts to ensure performance aligns with budgets.
• Optimise project design for efficiency and value maximisation.
