Quantity Surveyor (MEP) | Data Centre Projects | Germany (Frankfurt) Support commercial management and delivery on high-value data centre projects Join a leading international construction contractor with a global reach Competitive package with career development and international exposure Oradeo Recruitment are seeking a Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to join our client’s Data Centre team in Frankfurt, Germany. The successful candidate will assist the commercial and construction teams to ensure successful project delivery, manage subcontractor relationships, and optimise commercial outcomes while mitigating risk.
Quantity Surveyor (MEP) Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates, project budgets, and financial reports for MEP projects Conduct regular valuations and produce accurate cost analyses Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to optimize cost control measures Manage tender documents, procurement, and contract administration Identify and manage potential risks, variations, and change orders Ensure all work is compliant with industry standards and regulations
Necessary Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with MEP focus on Data Centres. Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Desirable
