Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate-Senior) | Tralee to Dingle, Co. Kerry

€70,000 - €90,000

We are seeking an Intermediate to Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established Irish civil engineering contractor on a two-year road project between Tralee and Dingle, Co. Kerry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial side of projects from tender to final account
• Procure and manage subcontract packages
• Prepare valuations, cost reports and cash-flow forecasts
• Manage variations, change control and final accounts
• Report commercial performance to senior management

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years' post-qualification experience on civil engineering projects
• QS experience with a main contractor
• Good knowledge of Irish forms of contract
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Full driving licence
