Quantity Surveyor (Semi-State).

Our client, a respected semi-state organisation, is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Cork, operating within a hybrid working model. This role will provide in-house cost management support across a diverse portfolio of residential developments, covering the full development lifecycle from early feasibility through to delivery and asset management. You will work closely with internal teams, consultants, and delivery partners to ensure robust cost control and value for money.
