Red Chair Recruitment are recruiting a Restaurant Manager for one of our clients, a busy and well-established hotel based in County Meath. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take responsibility for managing an established restaurant operation. The successful candidate will lead the team, maintain high service standards and drive the continued commercial success of the business. This is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction. Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team, including training and staff scheduling. Manage the existing business and identify opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability. Ensure consistently high food, beverage and customer service standards. Manage staffing levels, rotas and labour costs effectively. Monitor stock, ordering and wastage to support cost control. Work closely with the Kitchen and Hotel Management teams to ensure smooth operations. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally. Ensure compliance with health, safety and food hygiene regulations. Assist with achieving revenue and financial targets. Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar senior hospitality role. Proven experience managing a busy restaurant operation. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Strong commercial and financial awareness. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and hospitality regulations. Salary: €55,000 – €60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
